TalkToGiantFoods $500 Rewards Sweepstakes – Terms and Conditions
- All prizes are subject to the terms and limitations associated with the issued gift card.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, assigned, or transferred to another individual unless explicitly authorized by the Sponsor at their sole discretion.
- In the event the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rewards once they have been issued.
- All federal, state, and local taxes related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- The number of prizes awarded will not exceed the total stated in the official sweepstakes rules.
How Are Winners Notified?
Notification and Prize Claim Process
Winners of the TalkToGiantFoods $500 reward sweepstakes will be contacted within two (2) business days following the drawing date for each entry period. Notifications will be sent via phone, email, and/or mail, using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Selected participants may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within seven (7) days of receiving the notification to officially claim their $500 prize.
If a potential winner cannot be reached after two (2) contact attempts, fails to return the required documents within the given timeframe, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner. The alternate will be randomly chosen from the remaining eligible entries that have not previously been selected.
